  • What’s Included?

    For Public sessions (Mini Photo-Shoot & Develop/Camera Sign-Out & Develop), all participants will receive between 15-20 black and white images to develop, and continue the session in the darkroom by printing one (1) of these images in your choice of a 8x10, 5x7, or 3x5 size print. Customers will then enjoy the fun of our 360 camera!

    For Private sessions, customers will receive all the above with the exception of the 360 camera (see “promotions” for more info regarding this option). Additionally, one (1) table will be provided for guest to use.

  • What is Your Refund Policy?

    We have a firm no refund policy. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the event will be issued a store credit for the full amount paid, toward a make-up session, that occurs within 30 days of the original reservation.

    Note: All reschedules will incur a $25.00 rescheduling fee.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show will not have the option to receive a store credit or reschedule. This includes reservations that were made less than 24 hours before the start of the event.

  • What is Your Reschedule Policy?

    Seats are allotted on a “First Pay, First Reserve Basis”. Other customers cannot reserve your time slot after you book it. However, we do understand that situations arise in which you must reschedule your reservation. In this event, customers must request to reschedule prior to the start of their scheduled session; customers failing to do so will not receive a store credit.

    Note: Customers will be charged a rescheduling service fee of $25.00 per booking when requesting to reschedule for a public session.

  • HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?

    Email us at hello@sipndevelop.com, and tell us all about your event needs so we can schedule a meeting and get you signed up for the event/party!

  • CAN KIDS COME TO PRIVATE EVENTS?

    Of course – kids come with their parents, grandparents, etc, all the time and they have a blast. We accept children starting at 10 years of age. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE EVENTS/PARTY?

    You must cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled event, we will reschedule you at that time for the make-up session of your choice that occurs within the next thirty (30) days, pending availability. Please note – such changes will incur an additional $125 reschedule fee. a second cancellation, even if it is within thirty (30) days will result in the forfeiture of your booking. If you do not cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled event (including those bookings made less than 24 hours before the start of the event) or fail to show, you will not have the option to reschedule Due to the nature of our events, our policy is no refunds, no credits and no option to reschedule.

    Sip & Develop reserves the right to cancel events for any reason. Registrants will be notified prior to the event’s start time and refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • WHAT IS YOUR NO-SHOW/LATE POLICY FOR PUBLIC SESSIONS?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a store credit or reschedule you if you do not contact us prior and miss your event. However, if you contact us prior to the start of your scheduled session, you have the option to reschedule and pay the $25.00 rescheduling service fee.

  • Can I bring my own food or drinks?

    We do allow some food and non-alcoholic beverages for our Public and Private Events. Our staff will provide more information regarding what type of food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed.

  • HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY MINORS?

    Anyone under the age of 21 will be identified by wearing a wristband. Sip & Develop does accept vertical ID’s — Primarily because a customer may have recently turned 21 years of age and has yet to receive his/her horizontal ID. In most jurisdictions, letting minors drink in your establishment - even as an innocent mistake – can result in fines for our business and criminal citations for our employees. We’re dedicated to providing legal alcohol service and protecting our employees. 100% ID checks are performed for all customers. We appreciate your understanding.

  • CAN I USE A 10% DISCOUNT/PROMO CODE FOR AN EVENT/PRIVATE PARTY?

    Unfortunately, this discount cannot be applied to our private parties. However, you are allowed to apply credit from a gift card! Check with the business for special promotions at time of purchase.

  • WHERE DO I PARK?

    Parking info can be found by clicking https://g.co/kgs/KrTPZ4 or scrolling down the private events page tab at the bottom of that page (Parking Directions)!

  • CAN I COME TO AN EVENT WITHOUT RESERVING A SEAT IN ADVANCE?

    Sure! But we recommend signing up in advance to ensure you have a saved seat. If our class is sold out, we won’t have a seat for you and we’ll feel bad!

  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROMO, VOUCHER CODES, AND GIFT CERTIFICATES?

    promo code is a discount code that you receive from us directly via an email promotion or occasionally from the burgundy banner found at the top of our website. Valid promo codes can be used towards all public sessions (with the exception of private parties) and provide an immediate discount at checkout.Combining multiple promo codes is not allowed under any circumstances. Customers bookings received using multiple promo codes will reflect in the customer paying the price difference minus the unauthorized promo code(s) used.

    voucher code is a code that you receive from Customer Service when canceling your reservations. The voucher code must be used to reschedule your session within 30 days from your original reservation date.

    Gift Card is a unique code sent via email or given to you by another person.

    Please note: Posting any of our codes, including gift cards to any 3rd party site is prohibited. Also, coupons/codes/promotions taken from any 3rd party sites are not valid and will not be accepted.

  • WHAT IS YOUR BAD WEATHER POLICY?

    Our first concern is for the safety of our guests and instructors. When extreme weather is an issue (i.e. hurricanes, blizzards, etc), we’ll consult with some neighboring businesses and then make a decision as to whether we will cancel the session or not.

    Public Sessions– If we cancel the session we will notify all guests that have signed up in advance immediately, via email. If we remain open, and you are coming from a distance or are not comfortable attending the session, please send us an email and we would be happy to help you reschedule your session to a date that occurs within the next 30 days.

    Private Parties– We will reach out to the party organizer immediately if we close due to weather. If we remain open, and your group is unable to attend due to weather, shoot us an email and we will happily reschedule your event to a date that occurs within the next 30 days. Groups that opt to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, due to weather, will not incur a facility fee of $125.
